Raclette is an Alpine cheese made for melting. We heat the cut face of the wheel and scrape the melted cheese straight onto your sandwich, the way it’s been done in the Swiss Alps for centuries.

Raclette scraped onto a toasted baguette with cornichons, spring onion and Dijon. Add charcuterie like prosciutto, salami, smoked ham, cured beef or sausage. The menu varies by market.

Yes. Our raclette is made with vegetarian rennet, and the Traditionnel is just cheese, baguette, cornichons, spring onion and Dijon.

Yes. We take cards, tap to pay and cash.

Raclette is a washed-rind cheese, so it smells much stronger than it tastes. The flavor is mild, sweet and nutty. As we say in Wisconsin, don’t eat it with your nose.

We can package your sandwich to go, but we don’t sell cut and wrapped raclette at the markets.
